Alondra Cuevas is a daughter, sister, student, and coach; she plays every role to her fullest
potential. She was raised in West Sacramento where she volunteered in summer programs for
elementary school kids. Through volunteering and working in these programs in her city she
discovered her purpose. She is a young woman with a passion for impacting the youth through
fitness and wellness. She recently was given the opportunity to bring what she does with fitness
into her community and give back to the youth. She is a proactive individual constantly seeking
opportunities to connect with other communities. As a member of the SWEAT TEAM coach
Alondra’s mission is to make a difference in the lives of the youth in her community by inspiring
them to find their strengths.
Nico Rocha is a Sacramento native, with a great work ethic and a passion to give back to the city that raised him. Being a fighter, a fitness coach, and a big believer in people; SWEAT has given him the opportunity to do just that. Nico is devoted to becoming the best-self, and wants to help people become the best them.
Leticia was born and raised in Salinas, California. At the young age of 16, Leticia identified her passion
for helping others in need and was guided by her compassion to pursue a career within mental health.
She completed her undergraduate in psychology in San Jose State University and she recently completed
her Master’s in Behavior Analysis. Leticia currently provides Behavior Therapy to families and children
diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Three years ago, Leticia found S.W.E.A.T. as an avenue
to challenge herself and continue to contribute to the wellness of others. As a Coach Leticia’s emphasis
is to promote nutrition, sustainable habits and overall mental and physical health.
Anyssa Velasquez is an extremely determined and joyful individual that prides herself on positively impacting the lives and touching the hearts of others. Through her work in community relations, she has had the privilege of actively supporting and working alongside various community partners. She is extremely grateful to be in a position to inspire others, challenge herself and grow as a result of her journey of self-improvement through fitness. Her mission is to continue to share her love, enjoyment and sense of belonging in fitness with others.
Diana Solorio a West Sacramento native has been advocating for the youth since her middle schools years. Her passion for helping people is displayed through many avenues including coaching sports, community outreach, photography and media. As a valued member of the SWEAT TEAM coach Diana's mission is to make a positive impact in her community by inspiring the youth.
Erika Marroquin is a Health and Wellness Coach on the SWEAT Team based in Sacramento,
CA. She is a twenty-five year old food and fitness fanatic. After receiving her Certificate in
Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013, she spent four months as a line cook in her birth
country of El Salvador. In this time, she worked at the Hotel Intercontinentals’ Brazilian
Restaurant and her family owned Italian Restaurant in San Salvador, El Salvador. Later,
returning to California to work two years as a Private Chef, focusing on detox meal plans, and
macronutrient specific meals for clients. Her mission is to provide nourishing and quality
nutrition to support a peaceful mind, strong body and a healthy heart for all.
