In 2016, the S.W.E.A.T. Team was founded by Al Venegas with the idea to inspire, motivate and encourage healthy living.  Our dedicated team of skilled coaches focus on exercising and educating children and adults on the three major components of health and wellness: The mind, the body and the heart.


Born and raised in Salinas, California, Alvaro Venegas, affectionately known as Coach Al, has been cultivating hope since 2007 when at 18 years old, he began excercising his creativity to deliver powerful content and messaging through writing and public speaking. “Instead of changing the world,” Coach Al encourages communities “to create the world they want to live in.” Coach Al is the Founder of the SWEAT TEAM a health and wellness company that provides inspirational training to students in schools as well as teachers, families and military personnel.

Strong Mind Training

Members of the S.W.E.A.T. Team will learn about the importance of mental strength, mental health, and how these two components affect their day to day decision making skills. To stimulate the mind, members will learn to exercise their mental muscle to increase focus, discipline and positive thinking.

Strong Body Training

Our body is our vessel used to transport us from one place to another.  By maintaining the physical strength and health of our bodies, we are not only able to live longer but also live a higher quality of life.  Through guided physical exercises and structured movement, members will learn about the body while building strength, increasing flexibility and developing healthy nutritional habits.

Strong Heart Training

We believe in the power of self-love, self-confidence and self-pride. Members are highlighted and praised when demonstrating effort, encouragement and perseverance. By guiding and spotlighting these actions, our goal is to support the development of our member’s emotional wellbeing.
